Retreat Registration

Register from 17 November 2024 - 12 January 2025.

Early Bird ends on 8 December 2024, 11.59pm.

(All rates are inclusive of Accommodations, Meals, 2-way Ferry Transfer, Buses, Rental of the ballroom and function rooms and the Retreat Pack)

Travel Visa (To Batam)

Please purchase a Travel Visa (if required) on Eventbrite, under 'Add-Ons' on the Ticketing Page.

• There are some nationalities where you are required to apply for a visa through your respective embassies and you may not qualify for a Visa on Arrival. If there is any doubt, please write in to Events@rhc.org.sg.

• Please click here to find the list of countries that may enter into Batam visa-free.
• To find out if the Visa on Arrival requirement applies to you, please click here.
• Singapore Permanent Residents with citizenship outside the “visa-free countries” listed above are allowed to enter Batam Visa-free for a 4-day period (Link). You will be required to bring along the physical card when visiting.

• Available on Sundays, 3 - 26 Nov, 1-8 Dec, 5-12 Jan.
• 01.00pm - 01.45pm (after 2nd Congregation Sunday Service).

Rooming for Families

• The request for a pair of connecting rooms is based on availability due to the hotel’s limited pairs of connecting rooms.
• Bring along a travel baby cot should your infant require one.
• Please note that an extra bed request for a child, regardless of age, would be required to pay the ‘Child - Bed+Meals’ rates.
• Each room has a minimum occupancy requirement of 1 “Adult - Single Occupancy” or 2 “Adult - Double Occupancy” regardless of the age of your children. Hence you would be required to purchase adult tickets for your children should they be occupying a room on their own.

Rooming for Individuals

• Please indicate the name of your roommate (if any) in your registration for 'Adult - Double Occupancy (Sharing)'.
• Only same-gender rooming arrangements are allowed at Congre Retreats.
• If you do not have a roommate, you will be paired with a roommate of the same gender at the discretion of the retreat committee.

T -shirt Size Chart

• Refer to the following size chart to help you indicate the right size in your Congre Retreat registration.
• Alternatively, you can check out the t-shirt sizes at the Congre Retreat Info Desk.
• Toddlers and Infants 24 months and under will receive a romper. You do not need to choose a t-shirt size for them.

The acknowledgement to the Indemnity Forms can be found in your ticket registration for Congre Retreat.
