Program Objective
Success = Self Awareness + Motivation. This is the concept we bring across in this workshop. Finding out what drives you to take the next step in life , or what can move you out of a state of inertia is critical in achieving success. Everyone has different motivators - finding what is your own personal on/off switch is key to becoming successful. This workshop will be run by a Certified Behavioural Consultant.
Key Learnings
- Learn the 4 major personality types of D, I, S and C (using PeopleKeys DISC Assessment)
- Get an understanding of how everyone is unique and have different preferences with regards to what excites us and motivates us
- Learn how to set yourself up for success using self-awareness
- Reflect and discover your own motivators (intrinsic and extrinsic) to increase drive for future performance
- Discover how to utilise strengths and motivators to overcome challenges
- Understand your peers better by recognising other personality types and motivation preferences

Program Details and Dates
3 hour program
Date and time: 20 November 2024, Wedneday, 9 am to 12 noon
Venue: In Person at 190 Clemenceau Avenue, Singapore Shopping Center, 6th Floor (close to Dhoby Ghaut MRT)
Pre-Program Materials
Each participant will be provided with a PeopleKeys® DISC report. This report is an online personality assessment based on the DISC Personality System that will provide the participant with a 15-page report of their individual style. This report is useful for understanding themselves and others. The report will be provided in soft copy format to each participant for their own reference. Participants will be required to complete their online personality assessment (which takes 7 – 10 minutes) at least 2 days prior to the workshop.

Fees
$180 per participant
Workshop fees are not refundable but may be transferred to another participant. Discovering Potential must be informed about the transfer via email (info@discoveringpotential.com.sg) before the DISC personality assessment has commenced. Once the assessment has been commenced by the participant, strictly no refunds or transfers are allowed)
