Kin is an award-winning speaker, peak performance coach and a high impact trainer in the fields of public speaking, communication, and leadership. His personal mission is to inspire others to inspire, and help other people shine in all areas of their lives. He believes that powerful language, effective communication, and outstanding leadership are the keys to success in life.

Kin has trained thousands of people internationally from students to CEOs in effective presentations, the art of storytelling, corporate confidence, and leadership. He has also conducted training for several MNCs, including Google, Barclays, Loreal, Merck, FedEx, UPS, AIA, Citibank and Siemens.

Kin is also a Distinguished Toastmaster and is the 2020 Singapore Triple Champion in International Speech, Humorous Speech, and Impromptu Speaking contests. He has represented Singapore twice at the World Championships of Public Speaking, placing among the top 8 speakers in the world. Kin is also an ACTA certified trainer with The High Flyer Nation. He holds a master’s degree in management with Harvard University.
