If you have a garment to mend, or are looking for a way to transform your old clothes, or simply want to pick up a useful skill, look no further! Join us for a Sew & Steady Upcycling Studio session, where you get to work on your very own mending and upcycling projects. This session is a casual and cozy get-together for sewers (both novices and seasoned experts!) to meet fellow makers, exchange tips and techniques, work on your own desired project or learn more from us!
If you’re relatively new to sewing, we also have beginner-friendly projects that you can experiment with. Feel free to bring along any scrap cloth or old clothes that you would like to upcycle.
Note: You must be certified to use MakeIT’s sewing machines, or attend our Sew & Steady Starter courses to use the sewing machines for this session.
