This heart-crafted event offers a full, delightful dinner, complemented by sound therapy and guided visualisation to help you immerse yourself in a much-needed journey of finding your centre. Set aside your phone, embrace intentional silence, and focus on what truly matters.
Unlike dining alone in a restaurant, this experience is facilitated to create a unique space where you can fully engage with yourself and others. The guided aspects of the event ensure you dive deeper into reflection, making it easier to connect with your inner self and the collective energy of the group.
To preserve the element of surprise and enhance your experience, the exact location will be revealed two weeks before the event. The setting includes the sounds of dining—such as the clinking of plates and utensils, the buzz of the open kitchen while chefs prepare your meal, and the ambient noises from nearby restaurants and passersby. This setting will help you notice and acknowledge distractions without letting them affect your inner peace.
The experience is crafted to awaken senses and emotions that may have been overlooked, helping you reconnect with what truly matters. There will be dedicated time for reflection on how 2024 has been for you, allowing you to discover what’s truly important and find peace amidst the chaos.

The silence is maintained by attendees. We chose a bustling restaurant to help you focus inward, tune out distractions, and bring attention and appreciation to things you might usually overlook. It’s about finding peace and awareness amidst the surrounding noise.
After a personal loss, Jacyln shifted from chasing success to seeking meaningful impact. She found healing in the power of pause and silence and created this event to share that experience, helping others find clarity and stillness amidst their own life challenges.
We encourage you to minimise phone and wearable use to fully immerse in the experience. However, if you need to address urgent matters, you’re welcome to step out or check your phone as needed. Our aim is to help you be present and get the most from the evening while respecting your individual needs
Guests are seated at tables of four, often with people outside their usual social circle. This setup is designed to help you explore your reactions and find comfort in new company, offering a chance to reflect and gain new perspectives.
