Singles Event: A magical night safari experience like no others

Event Highlight:

Get ready for a memorable evening exploring the magical beauty of nature after dark. This event is perfect for all skill levels. We will first meet at Springleaf MRT Station and take a bus to Mandai Track 15. Our walk will start off at Mandai Track 15 and end off at Zhenghua Park in Bukit Panjang. I will bring along a UV torch. UV light will reveal a hidden world that’s invisible to the naked eye. Some forest fauna have biofluorescence, meaning they absorb UV light and re-emit it as visible colors which our eyes are able to see it. If you have a UV torch, you might want to bring it along as well. Fauna commonly sighted are mouse deers, bats, spiders and various nocturnal insects and of cos the highlight of the night, scorpions. With a UV light, we will be able to easily spot scorpions as they are active at night. If we are lucky, we might spot the highly elusive sambar deers, fireflies and glowing mushrooms.

Note:

• This event is for singles between the ages of 21 to 40.
• Strictly no refunds after payment and admission is not transferable.
• Sign ups are on a first come first serve basis until its full (20 pax max).
• Please have something to eat before coming.
• Please be punctual. There will only be 5 mins grace period for attendance taking.
• Bring sufficient water.
• Please do not litter and remove or touch any plants and animals.
• Do Not Venture Away From The Group, we will only walk on designated trails.
• No Soliciting, MLM, investment pitches or harrassment is allowed.
• In case of Cat 1 or bad weather, any change of plans will be announced 1 hour to 1.5 hours before. Route may change according to weather.
• This event requires minimum of 10 pax to proceed.
• In the event of cancellation, full refunds will be processed.
• Photos may be taken during the event for publicity purposes. Please sound out if uncomfortable.
