We come together to honour the spaces — both physical and symbolic — that have held us, moved us, and allowed us to grow.
Spaces can mean the sacred physical environments we retreat to, but they can also be the quiet pause between effort and breakthrough, or the gentle stillness between struggle and resilience.
A note from Fitz:
This session marks a heartfelt goodbye. It will be the final Sound Bath held at The Mindful Space before their lease comes to an end. This venue has been home to my practice for years, and I invite you to join me in one last shared moment of gratitude, stillness, and healing within these beloved walls.
What to Expect:
Let healing soundscapes and grounding aromatherapy guide you into deep rest.
We’ll begin with a gentle guided meditation (Yoga Nidra) accessible to all levels, followed by a relaxing Sound Bath where you’ll be comfortably lying down, immersed in the calming vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls and other instruments.
About Sound Therapy:
