Reena Agrawal – Director – Automaton Corp I Singapore

Reena Agrawal is a global technology leader with a proven track record in driving innovation and fostering collaboration within major multinationals like Microsoft and Schneider Electric. She excels at bridging business strategy with technology implementation, leveraging her strong background in data, software engineering, and program management.

Currently, as the Director at Automaton Corp, Reena empowers organizations by combining industry-standard knowledge with her extensive corporate experience to deliver impactful training.

In her previous role as the Global Data Product Owner at Schneider Electric, Reena managed the data strategy and the global customer master data roadmap, focusing on reporting and predictive analysis to meet business needs. She spearheaded regional digital transformation efforts by streamlining business processes and applications and led a cross-functional team. She also oversaw the entire product development cycle for enterprise solutions, from prototyping designs to leading development teams, directed planning, budgeting, vendor selection, and quality assurance initiatives.

Uma Jeyaram, Senior Trainer, Edukinect Pte Ltd

Uma is experienced in IT training and has been facilitating training for more than 15 years in several IT and non-IT programmes.

She is responsible for the development of training materials at Edukinect and has conducted various Train the Trainer programs for the company. As a Microsoft Innovative Educator and Trainer, Uma has developed and delivered several courses organised by IMDA on various Assistive Technologies that help to create a more inclusive learning environment for people with disabilities.
