Terrarium Workshop is Back! 

Create a mini-ecosystem with lush greens, charming décor, and a personal touch—this time with a twist! Before the workshop, you'll be assigned a Secret Santa recipient to craft a terrarium for, making new friends along the way. 

At the end, your creation will find a new home, and you'll receive a unique terrarium in return. Celebrate the joy of giving, creativity, and meaningful connections. 

Join us for a hands-on session and leave with a special gift and great memories! 
 

This workshop is co-organised by Hwa Chong Institution Project Alleviate and Brahm Centre.

About the Co-Organiser: 

Project Alleviate consists of a group of five Secondary 4 Hwa Chong students together with an extended team from various schools, dedicated to alleviating youth mental health burdens and raising awareness of social media’s impact. In our fifth project iteration, we continue making a sustained impact through events that enhance both physical and mental well-being. We aim to educate youths (10-18) on social media’s negative effects, such as unrealistic influencer portrayals, which can lead to harmful self-comparisons and mental health issues.

Brahm Centre is a leading course provider of a wide range of science-based mindfulness programs to reduce stress and enhance well-being in today's fast paced world. We have worked with healthcare agencies, schools and corporations to equip employees, parents and students with mindfulness tools to help them stay physically and mentally well. 

 

Course graduates may enhance their practice by joining our weekly mindfulness clubs. Furthermore there are free regular health talks conducted by healthcare professionals and qualified speakers open to the public.

 

Launched in 2012 as a charity that aims to promote happier and healthier living, Brahm Centre is a full member of the National Council of Social Services and an Institution of Public Character.

Please note that all course registrations are NON-refundable. Transfer of selected mindfulness courses is subject to a $30 transfer fee and a $10 admin fee for a mindfulness make-up class. There are NO transfers or make-up classes available for all other courses.
