About the Speaker

A Senior Librarian at the National Library, Singapore, Ang Seow Leng’s area of focus is Singapore and Southeast Asia. Besides managing collections, developing content and providing reference and research services, she contributes regularly to BiblioAsia, the National Library’s quarterly magazine, and produces research articles for Infopedia. Her research interests are Chinese community history, food heritage and botany.
