As humans, we experience a myriad of feelings - some help us, while others are difficult, and we all approach them in different ways. Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed, as if your feelings were controlling you? Join us to take a pause and reflect on your emotional landscape.
Goals:
- Experience a personal connection with the Calm Collective community
- Share your thoughts and feelings in a safe, no-judgement zone
- Learn from each other's experiences
- Deepen your listening and empathy skills

Reviews from our past participants:
“Calm Circles is a great space for people who need the human touch to come and connect, especially during this time when we need to be kind to ourselves and each other.”
“I was also very encouraged and pleasantly surprised at what an authentic and respectful conversation about feelings we can have with strangers in an Asian context.”
“I liked that it was an open and affirming space! It allowed everyone to share some things in their personal life that they recognised as points of pain and learning. The sharing also made it such a precious space of growth.”
