As humans, we experience a myriad of feelings - some help us, while others are difficult, and we all approach them in different ways. Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed, as if your feelings were controlling you? Join us to take a pause and reflect on your emotional landscape.

Goals:

  • Share your thoughts and feelings in a safe, no-judgement zone
  • Learn from each other's experiences
  • Deepen your listening and empathy skills
