This seminar is designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced weightlifters. Whether you're new to Olympic lifting or looking to refine your techniques, you will benefit from this hands-on, high-energy workshop.
The seminar will focus on mastering the SNATCH and CLEAN & JERK techniques. You can expect a mix of 10 hours of practical exercises and 3 hours of theory, including biomechanics and technique analysis, under the personal guidance of Torokhtiy.
Participants should bring appropriate weightlifting attire, a notebook for taking notes, and any personal lifting equipment (like belts, straps, wraps) they typically use. Water and snacks are also recommended to keep you energized throughout the day.
Yes! this seminar has a minimum age of 18 years. All participants will be required to complete an indemnity form at the registration counter of Crossfit Kampung before the start of the seminar.
All participants are responsible for their own food and drinks during the seminar. However the host gym, Crossfit Kampung does offer sale of drinks onsite.
