Interested in finding out more about the fundraising process for SMEs and start-up's and what key legal documents you should have or issues you should consider?
Join us for a small online group discussion with like-minded business people on Wednesday, 7 April 2021 from 6pm to 7pm (Singapore time).
Come for a short presentation in our series and stay for a chance to interact and exchange views and ideas with other participants!
Founders, venture capital funds, angel investors, family offices and commercialisation professionals are all welcome and we hope to get a good mix of views from people with various backgrounds.
We talked about the brief overview of the VIMA shareholders' agreement during our last session on 24 March 2021.
During this session, we will talk about the decision-making under the VIMA shareholders' agreement - the board and reserved matters.
There will also be a short question and answer session at the end of the discussion where the lawyers from fsLAW will be taking questions from the audience on the topics discussed.
Agenda
6.00PM: Introductions by each participant (approximately 2 minutes per participant)
6.15PM: Presentation by fsLAW
6.30PM: Q&A and networking
7.00PM: End of session
We are limiting participation at each session to encourage interaction, so please be patient with us if you are not able to sign up for this session.
