Yes, you are welcome. Lean In Circles are small groups that meet on a regular basis for peer mentorship, skill building, and inspiration. Our mission is to empower all women to achieve their ambitions, one Circle at a time.

What are lean in circles about ?

Leaning in is not a solo sport. In a world where women still face bias and other barriers at work, Circles are a safe space to share your struggles, give and get advice, and celebrate each other’s wins. Whether you need help navigating your new normal at work or are looking for support from women.

How often will the circles meet?

Circles usually meet once a month at any time that works for the group. Meetings can happen in person or virtually, and right now most Circles are meeting in person.

Is there anything needed before joining the circle ?

Nothing, all we need is for you to come and be part of an amazing network of women looking to grow, empower, support and participate. Come network, grow your circle, participate in the discussion and leave empowered and excited.
