Guidelines for Attending the Sound Healing Walk to ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience:
- Arrival Time:
Arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the actual time and gather in front of the drop-off point.
- Light Breakfast
If you have low blood sugar, we recommend having a light breakfast before the walk to keep your energy up.
- Stay Hydrated
Please bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session.
- Comfort for Sound Healing
If you plan to lie down during the sound healing, feel free to bring a mat, cloth, or anything comfortable to lie on.
- Free and Easy Session
This is a relaxed and casual event inspired by one of Michele's favorite activities. She’s excited to meet everyone and share the magic of nature sound frequencies during this special World Sound Healing Month. Bring your friends along to share in the experience!
