Guided by culinary maestro Chef Sam Choon Mun, participants will learn the techniques to create delicate, fresh pasta dough and shape it into perfect ravioli. This class will focus on making Trio-Cheese Ravioli, filled with a delightful blend of cheeses that offer a creamy, balanced flavour in every bite. To complete the dish, you’ll also learn to prepare a silky pumpkin sauce, adding a touch of autumn warmth to the rich ravioli.
