How good can it get? What are the limits of of what we can enjoy in this life? What makes life worth sharing, enyoing, and living? Sharing a meal with friends and family, beutiful time to be enjoyed, and treasured.

My craft is Mexican food, and all things grilled. Is the fire we gather around, the food we share that break barrier to connect and make community. I founded several restaurants in Tampa, including more famously Taco Bus and Taqueria Monterrey. After I sold them Im focousing my energies in smaller, meaningiful experiences thru events like UMO Open Fire Festival, The wild mushroom experience, the Mexican Independence Dinner and few other special event dinners. Along side with a food truck "Rene's Mexican Kiitchen" while we are building a brick and mortar that we hope to be open by next year. Hope you join us.
